With 19 years of training, instructorship and training management experience, I've been immersed in technology for over 25 years. I contributed to the development of thousands of employees in telecommunications and customer experience sectors.

I served as Training & Development Unit Manager, AI Mentor and Product Owner at Global Bilgi and Turkcell. Specializing in integrating AI technologies into business processes, I developed innovative products such as Davranix, Yetenova, Garantiqo and Galaktik Bilgi Macerasi.

Through SerkanAI Academy, I've designed 17 training programs across competency, leadership and AI domains, delivering hands-on corporate training with a "learning by doing" methodology focused on actionable outcomes.
